Package Homes

Our package homes is exclusively built and designed by Bruce F. Brown. We offer at the moment one style of home that comes in two different models, the base package and the custom package. There is a variety of changes between the two, such as wall size, cathedral ceilings, marble showers, soaking tubs, cans lighting, hardy plank siding, insulation and so on.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1,546 sq ft. of living space with 440 sq. ft. of covered lanai and a 484 sq. ft. two car garage. A total of 2,526 sq. ft. When viewing our package homes keep in mind that you may make and changes you want. The idea is to customize the home to fit your on personal taste.
